In the fandom sense, it’s an event where writers and artists come together to collaborate on a certain theme for a fandom. Writers and artists sign up for the event, writers pitch a fanfic idea they want to create and then artists choose which fic they want to create artwork for. Everyone posts their pieces on the same day!Can I apply with an artist/writer already in mind?
Yes! People can sign up as pairs.Do I need a discord to join?
Yes, the event will be held over discord.How old do I need to be to take part?
18+What’s the theme?
Halloween. Which can either be the holiday itself or just spooky/horror themed.Can I include OCs?
Not this time!Are reader insert content allowed?
Not for this event.Is shipping allowed?
Yes! Shipping is allowed and the discord server will have a shipping section in case shipping/certain ships are something you wish to avoid.Are all ships allowed?
No aging up any character that is a minor, no shipping of any underage characters. Other than this, we work on a ‘ship and let ship’ mindset.Do all works have to be SFW/Safe For Work?
Yes. Cursing, mild gore and horror elements are allowed but nothing that would be considered dead dove or have anything of a sexual nature.What’s expected of artists?
A fully finished coloured/rendered piece.What’s expected of writers?
One fanfic with a minimum of 3k words. There is no max.Can I apply to do more than one piece?
Yes, but you need to be sure you have the time!What happens if I need to back out?

If you pitch a crossover idea mods will check if it fits!Can I apply for more than one role?
If you are both an artist and a writer, you can apply to do one of each. Just please know your limits.
